It’s be a long time since I put like an update on my life LOL Sooooo let’s do a short list

• My mom had a heart attack the beginning of the year and that was scary af but she is fine and everything has been a transition but it’s good.
  
• I started to go to therapy in March and it’s been life changing
  
• I went to Japan in May for study abroad and it is the best thing that has ever happened to me.
  
• I began my last year of undergrad and I anticipate graduating in with my human nutrition degree next May.

Those are the major things in my life. Life is oddly nice when you actually start liking yourself.
